Anyone been able to get this program to run under Linux. I’ve heard people mention Wine and Mono and WineTricks, but I’ve had a heck of a time trying to get it to run under both Ubuntu and Fedora.
I’d appreciate any step by step instructions on how to do this.

I had trouble doing everything that you had mentioned above. Got to work somewhat, but not good enough to do any work on.
Since Mono is an open source alternative to .NET, MonoDevelop with the Adobe Flex plugin might be worth looking into:
