Handbrake Rip DVD

When I rip DVDs, the video looks really weird. All stretched out or squeezed in or smuched in.
It doesn’t look right. Are there settings I should change.
One person told me I should try a program called Ubuntu for ripping dvds. I also have a mac, so that might be an option for me too, if you know of something free or cheap that will work better.

There are a few problems that can cause. One is the usual cause.
Make sure to change your settings from “Anamorphic:None” to “Anamorphic:Strict”
This will will usually correct this problem.
