A cashiers check that I got was lost when I sent it to the other party in a financial transaction.
Is there anyway to get a Cashiers check replaced or even just canceled and refunded?

This will largely depend on the policy of the financial institution that issued the cashiers check.
Since these are typically guarenteed funds, they may require a waiting period to see if someone cashes the check. If after that waiting period is over, then they will likely refund the money as it has not been demanded by the holder of the cashiers check.
Ultimatey, you need to speak to the issuer of the cashiers check.
