Anyone know what green poop means?

My poop is all green and it’s freaking me out! I don’t know if I’m sick or something. I know it’s not from eating a bunch of vegetables cause i ain’t done any of that crap.
I don’t have any health insurance but a guy in my building said I could take my poop to the drug store and show them and they might be able to help save me.

For most people it is the result of the food dyes in the foods that you eat. If you drank larges amounts of grape flavored drinks, like Kool-Aid, blue colored foods, like Popsicles, blue M&M, it could result in your feces being green. In some cases green leafy vegetables can be the cause, but you already said that you didn’t eat any of those.
Some health reasons why your poop may do this, would be from your body passing the poop through your intestines too fast, and the bile in your poop not breaking down.
I would recommend against taking your poop into the drugstore, unless they have a clinic manned by a physician, physician’s assistant, or nurse practitioner, and they can send the sample to a lab.
