Confidence is usually acheived based on your experiences and attitude. If you have a positive attitude and based on your experiences, both good and bac, it gives you an idea of what you need to do to meet a goal or bring something to completion.
Nothing wrong with being down. It’s important to recognize these feelings and talk to others about — family, friends, therapists, ministers, or anyone that you feel comfortable speaking with and gives good, honest advice.
I’ve read some work and seen some videos from Tony Robbins. I find his interesting, but if you focus on his books, etc., it can only be a small tool, as only you can do what is necessary to meet your goals.
I wish you the best, and I’ll be thinking of you!
